After successfully establishing and maintaining a cleaning and painting business in 2010, Maria quickly realized she and her team had the knowledge and skill set to take on large-scale projects. Soon after establishing Neat Services, LLC, Maria launched Rise Incorporated and was awarded her first project within 120 days of launch. 

This project was a framing job for a multi-family development, and to the client’s satisfaction, Rise met all deadlines and effectively passed each initial building inspection. The success of their first job has led to many larger-scale projects. 

Since its establishment, Rise Incorporated has grown and been awarded framing, window, and siding projects with as little as 96 multi-family units and upwards of 450 multi-family units. Rise Incorporated has mastered the ability to successfully and strategically manage multiple jobs at the same time.
